The Scarpa Mescalito TRK GTX is a hybrid between an approach shoe and walking boot. Based on the hugely popular Mescalito shoe, the TRK GTX is a walking boot designed for long hikes and all day comfort.

Designed for long day hikes and technical crag approaches, the Mescalito TRK GTX features a rugged, reinforced construction and high-friction outsole for the ultimate combination durability and lightweight performance.

The Mescalito TRK GTX is constructed around the Vibram Dynamis sole unit which significantly reduces the weight of the boot - making it the ideal choice for long and demanding days out. Combine this with a bi-density EVA midsole is feels a lot more cushioned, especially compared to more traditional approach shoes or boots. The outsole is Vibram XS Trek Evo for maximum grip and great durability..

The upper of the Mescalito TRK GTX is constructed from a thermo-embossed suede, which gives a very individual fit without stretch. The GoreTex lining will ensure that your feet are kept both regulated in temperature and dry. A new lightweight, lateral PU rand shields the shoe from scuffs and scrapes, and a rubber toe cap offers grip as well as protection. The lace to toe design combined with the stretch fit tongue ensure the best possible foot hold when scrambling.
